The club kicked off it's inaugural season today with the presentation of it's new club logo and kits. Unfortunately, the results weren't so auspicious as the club suffered a heavy defeat in the Gold Coast Cup.
More worrying still was the defeat at the hands of Bangladeshi side Savar Union, which promptly led the board to relieve first team coach Seth Tuffour of his duties. Romanian Adrian Login was brought in as a replacement.
