Global scout-database of NT and U20 teams

Global tracker was created as a tool to help the coaches of all national and U20 teams. Using tracker coaches and scouts of any national team can set the requirements to the candidates to the national team. Owners of players can add their player in the tracker. And then coaches and scouts will be able to track the status and evolution of these players without asking their owners.

Key features:

  1. Automatic daily update of the players that are appropriate for the requirements for candidates for the national team.
  2. Automatic weekly calculation sub-levels players, proceeding from the matches played by them and their current training in the club.
  3. Automatic warning list with problems of players.
  4. Email newsletters about problems with a players and violations of their training process to scouts, coaches and owner's players.
  5. Full support for primary team and additional team of users.

Only for coach:

The appointment of manager tracker for transfer control of national team in the tracker.

For the coach and manager tracker:

  1. The selection of the used variant of the requirements to the players in the national team:
    • old method – the requirements for a cluster of skills,
    • new method – requirements for player's potential or lag in training of player from the 17-year-olds "etalon" players.
  2. The appointment of assistants, spies, scouts, chief scouts, guests to work in the tracker.

For trainers and chief scouts:

  1. Creating requirements to candidates to the national team.
  2. Adding scouts to work with the players in the tracker.
  3. Creating the lists of players and the appointment of scouts responsible for these lists.

For coach, assistants coach and all scouts:

  1. View a list of players that are appropriate for the requirements of the national teams and also using custom filter and configurable set of columns of data.
  2. View information about a player in the tracker (public data, current skills, history of changes skills).
  3. A review of data on training player (current training at the club, staffs of the club, history of training the player).
  4. Manually add the player ID in tracker
  5. Manual entry skills a player if they had still not known
  6. Manual entry sub-levels of skills for players.
  7. Setting and monitoring task for the training of the players for their owner.
  8. Adding a player in the list of scouts.
  9. View the scout's lists of players, export lists of players to CSV and HRF.
  10. Tracking the current problems with the players:
    • injuries, red cards,
    • transfer listed,
    • problems with an owner,
    • unwanted parameters of training,
    • mismatch training,
    • changed type of training,
    • long ago updated,
    • added recently and is not viewed scout.

For manager tracker, spies and guests:

  1. View a list of players that are appropriate for the requirements of the national teams and also using custom filter and configurable set of columns of data.
  2. View information about a player in the tracker (public data, current skills, history of changes skills).
  3. View the scout's lists of players.

For owners of the players:

  1. Review the requirements for the candidates to the national team.
  2. Adding all the suitable players in the tracker for the primary or additional teams.
  3. Ability to specify the player's sub-levels skills within a week after the addition in the tracker.
  4. Separate displaying the current players of primary and additional teams in the tracker (with the filter on the country).
  5. Automatic daily updating information about the players in the tracker if they match at least one requirement.
  6. View the list of player-competitors on matching requirement, comparing them in talent or potential (depending on the version of the requirements the coach of national team players).
  7. Viewing players in the lists of the scouts.
  8. Possibility to get scout's task for training the player and post comment for scouts.

Security

All user data is read by API CHPP. The user input is redirected to the site chpp.hattrick.org, where permits an application to Hattrick Portal Tracker read access their data in the Hattrick. At any time the user can suspend permission to read its data in the application, and through the website Hattrick completely remove access.

Reading the following files of personal data of manager in API CHPP:

  1. teamdetails – information about the team,
  2. club – information about the staff in the club,
  3. training – information about current settings for training and the last of training session in the club,
  4. players – the list of players in a team,
  5. playerdetails – information about the player (player's skills).

The rest of the data is read as public. All personal information (obtained through API CHPP) is available exclusively at website Hattrick Portal only for respective coaches of the national teams and their assistants.
